Enter from Ratchadaphisek Road (a five-minute walk north from Sukhumvit 22 via Soi 24) or from the Phrom Phong side. Locals run laps at dawn; families appear after school. The park is free, open from 5am to 9pm, and rarely crowded on weekday mornings — our favourite time for a coffee-and-stroll before the heat builds.

Health Land is a Bangkok institution — a large, no-frills spa where a two-hour traditional Thai massage typically costs under 1,000 baht. The Asok branch on Sukhumvit Soi 21 is either a 10-minute walk west along Sukhumvit Road or one BTS stop from Phrom Phong to Asok (exit 1).

Budget travellers love Pier 21, the basement food court where most dishes cost 40–80 baht. Upstairs you will find mid-range fashion, electronics and a cinema. One BTS stop from Phrom Phong, or a 15-minute walk along Sukhumvit if the weather cooperates.

Octave sits on floors 45–49 of the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit at Thong Lo — three BTS stops east from Phrom Phong. The 360-degree views stretch from the CBD skyline to the suburbs, and the three-tier layout means you can find a quieter corner even when the DJ starts at 9pm.
